How it works?
- Customer purchases the number of consulting hours they require for their business need (Discounts apply when larger blocks of time are purchased at one time )
- SENATH will make an initial contact with customer to determine the most appropriate consultant for the customers particular needs
- Designated consultant contacts customer to schedule the initial session
- Consultant books all online meetings, conference calls, etc. on SENATH’s facilities
- Customer can schedules additional meetings at his/her convenience
- Consultant opens cases or issues (bugs, enhancements) on the customer’s behalf
