Michael Tan – Director/Former Banker
Michael immigrated to New Zealand from Singapore in 1997, after completing a 20 years career in the international financial markets. The institutions he worked for included Morgan Bank, Republic National Bank and Credit Suisse Bank.
His current directorships include Castle Blair Holdings Ltd, Ryder Homes Ltd, North Canterbury Gas Ltd and Finesse Investment Network Ltd.
He is also the Chairperson Trustee of Community Development Network Trust, a not for profit organization reaching out to children.
Mr. Jean-Yves Reynaud – Lead Technologist, EDS France
Jean-Yves Reynaud is Lead Technologist at EDS, driving the implementation of EDS technology policy ( tools, methods & best practices) within EDS France & Iberia. He has been involved in Open Source for years. As chairman of EDS Global Open Source Forum, Jean-Yves leads Open Source Software strategy for EDS Application Delivery. He is also leading an EDS Community of 780+ members focusing on Open Source Software. Jean-Yves acts as an expert for several projects which aim at applying Open Source best practices and tools within EDS Application Engineering Tools and Methods.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences and write papers for CIO Magazine French edition.
Jean-Yves and his family live in South-West of France.
Mr. Carlos Toro, President and CEO

President and Chief Executive Officer Carlos Toro founded Toro Consulting & Investment, Corp. in October 2003.
Carlos is a retired management consultant of EDS with 25 years experience in the information technology industry. He initiated his carrier reengineering processes, managing data centers, and leading engagements. Carlos has extensive experience in planning and developing enterprise information technology architectures linked to supporting clients' strategic and technical business requirements. His consulting engagements included international assignments to Australia, Mexico, South Korea, New Zealand, England, Singapore, and Europe. His responsibilities comprised management and development of enterprise-wide IT plans, performing technical assessments, developing strategic worldwide IT plans, and developing and managing to project plans.
As president and CEO of Toro Consulting & Investment, Corp., Carlos is leading two divisions focusing on developing strategic information technology for medium to small companies and providing financial direction to potential entrepreneurs. Toro Consulting & Investment provides financial solutions in income protection, debt elimination, and asset management. It also invests in real estate properties and trades in stock options.
Carlos received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Buffalo State University and his Associate in Applied Science degree in electrical technology from Suffolk County Community College.
Carlos is married and lives in Orlando, Florida.
